What measures have to be taken to improve India?

Seems a big question but it has a solution as a cakewalk. India has a high population if each one of us pledge to make our India better and not bitter then we can. We just need to know where we are lacking. We need to make our country clean and green.It just needs a little activeness in all of us as we know that there is a dustbin 10 steps away so we throw it at 2 steps away and move on. If one start then ten follow.
